Prior Authorization Required: Items sent back to us without our prior customer service authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Strict Timeframe: The request must not exceed 30 days from the date the original package was marked as received.
Original Perfect Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, free of scratches, dents, or any signs of wear.

The following custom and special items are strictly non-refundable:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are ineligible for returns.
Personalized Items: Items with custom engravings or photos are non-refundable.

Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.
