To give you absolute peace of mind, we proudly offer a complimentary Free One-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, alongside our premium Extended Warranty Plans.

✦ 1. Free One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All KESONLY products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the exact day the original order was received.

For repair items not covered by this one-year warranty, our studio will inspect the piece, provide a transparent quotation to the customer, and proceed with the repair only after obtaining your explicit consent.

  • Logistics: The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send items to KESONLY for inspection or repair.
  • Safe Packaging: Items must be securely packed. KESONLY is not responsible for losses in transit.
  • Traceable Shipping: Use a method with a tracking number; untracked packages cannot be processed.
  • Voiding Warranty: Modified, abused, or neglected items are excluded from warranty coverage.

Step 1:     Log into your KESONLY account and navigate to "My Orders".
Step 2:     Within 48 hours, receive an email with your unique repair authorization code.
Step 3:     Enclose your order details and ship via a traceable, insured method.
Step 4:     Upload your tracking number in your dashboard to complete the process.
