Ring Resizing Policy
At KESONLY, your absolute happiness is our number one focus. We want your custom bespoke piece to fit beautifully and feel like a true extension of yourself. To ensure you get the perfect fit, we proudly offer one FREE ring resizing (within 2 full sizes) for eligible KESONLY rings, subject to the specific terms and conditions below.
✦ 1. Free Resizing Eligibility
The Timeframe: Your request for a FREE resizing must be submitted within 30 days after your original order was successfully received.
Size Range: The adjustment must be within 2 full sizes (up or down) of the original size ordered.
Shipping Cost: The customer will be responsible for any related round-trip shipping, logistics, and handling fees incurred during the resizing process.
✦ 2. When Will Resizing Incur a Charge?
The following rings are not covered by our free resizing policy and will automatically incur additional service fees:
- Rings that require a size change of more than 2 full sizes.
- Rings where the resizing request is submitted beyond the initial 30-day free timeframe.
- Additional Resizings: While your first resizing is free (under eligible conditions), each additional resizing will incur a flat fee of $10.
✦ 3. Special Custom Items (35% Resizing Fee)
Because our high-end bespoke pieces and custom metal stampings require intricate melting, resetting, and rebuilding by our master craftsmen, KESONLY will charge a 35% resizing fee on the total purchase price for the following items:
